Leo Martin is the co-founder and CEO of Kingsman, a premier admissions consulting firm based in New York City. Prior to founding Kingsman, Leo was studying Economics at Yale University.

Leo decided to found Kingsman because of a problem he saw in the approach of college consulting companies: the lack of a dual, mentor/admissions officer mentorship system. Combining the application-analysis skills of an admissions officer with the human touch and personal understanding of a mentor would ensure that the best possible guidance was given at all times.

After implementing the dual-mentorship system, Leo set to work creating several other Kingsman practices that would ensure the best possible development of a student’s application. These include the passion project, the algorithmic student report, the third-part admissions officer application review, as well as the system that connects recent admits to Kingsman alum at that college.
